Sealed lead acid · 24V 20AH · Up to 25 km range · 12.1 kg · 46.5 x 29.5 x 23 cm · Fits SectorCare EMSLA4
Every scooter battery reaches a point where it no longer holds the charge it once did, and the first sign is usually a shorter run before the gauge drops. This 24V 20AH sealed lead acid pack is the direct replacement for the SectorCare EMSLA4 mobility scooter, restoring the full 20 to 25 km of travel the scooter was built to deliver. It arrives assembled in its own housing, so there are no loose cells to wire and no guesswork about polarity.
The pack lifts out as one 12.1 kg unit using the moulded top handle, which means it can be carried indoors and charged at a convenient power point instead of parking the whole scooter beside one. Its own charging socket and power socket sit together on the front face under a dust cover, and the sealed lead acid construction is maintenance free with no fluid to check or top up. Many owners keep a second pack charged and ready, swapping it in before a long outing so the scooter is never waiting on a charge cycle.
A scooter is only as good as the charge behind it. This sealed lead acid 24V 20AH pack returns the SectorCare EMSLA4 to its full 20 to 25 km of travel, lifts out by hand for indoor charging, and needs no maintenance beyond keeping it charged. Whether it replaces a tired original or rides along as a charged spare, it keeps independence on the road. Available GST free across Australia.
Which scooter does this battery fit?
This pack is made for the SectorCare EMSLA4 mobility scooter. It is not a fit for the EMSLA2 or EMSLA3 models, which run a different 24V 12AH pack.
How far will the scooter travel on a full charge?
On the EMSLA4, a fully charged 24V 20AH pack supports 20 to 25 km of travel. Actual distance varies with rider weight, terrain, gradient and speed.
Can I charge the battery without the scooter?
Yes. The pack lifts out as a single unit by its moulded handle and has its own charging socket, so you can charge it indoors at any convenient power point.
How heavy is the battery pack?
The complete pack weighs 12.1 kg and measures 46.5 x 29.5 x 23 cm. Most people find the top handle makes it manageable to carry short distances, though some users prefer a carer to lift it.
Does this battery need any maintenance?
No. It uses sealed lead acid cells, so there is no fluid to check and no topping up. Follow the charging notice printed on the pack.
