Please refer to the instructions below based on your NDIS funding type.
NDIS Plan Managed
- Add your desired items to the cart and select “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Enter your details. Under the Payment section, select “NDIS Package” to complete checkout without payment.
- Your Plan Manager must email written approval to sales@sectorcare.com.au, including the mandatory participant details listed below (if not previously submitted).
NDIS Self-Managed
Self-managed participants can purchase directly through our website using the following payment methods:
- Online Credit Card Payment – no surcharge applies
- PayPal
- Bank Deposit (please use your order number as the reference)
After checkout, a tax invoice will be emailed to you, which you can submit through your NDIS portal for reimbursement.
NDIS Agency Managed
Please note whether you are using PACE or PRODA.
PACE Participants
Please ensure that SectorCare is listed as a provider in your plan before ordering.
PRODA Participants
A service booking is required before we can process the order.
- Add your desired items to the cart.
- Select “View Cart” and click “Create Quote From Cart” in the top-left corner.
- The quote will be emailed to you.
- Once approved, please ask your Support Coordinator or Planner to email confirmation to sales@sectorcare.com.au, including all mandatory participant details listed below.
Mandatory Participant Details
Please ensure the following information is included (if not already provided):
Participant’s Details:
- Alternative contact details
- Plan start and end dates
- Date of birth (required for claims in the NDIS myPlace portal)
Plan Manager (if relevant):
- Plan Manager name and NDIS provider number
- Individual Planner name and contact details
Support Coordinator / Therapist (if relevant):
- Name, company/organisation name, and contact details
