24V 12Ah sealed lead acid pack · Two batteries pre wired inside one housing · 46.5 cm wide x 23 cm high x 29.5 cm deep · 7.7 kg with a moulded carry handle · Single connector fitment · Fits the SectorCare Compact Pro, part number EMSLA3 · GST free
This is a complete battery box rather than a set of loose cells. Two batteries arrive already wired together inside one sealed housing, so bringing a tired scooter back to life means lifting the old pack out and dropping the new one in. It reconnects at a single connector and no tools are needed. For an owner managing this themselves, or a family member lending a hand, that removes the part of a battery replacement that usually ends in a call to a service technician: working out which terminal goes where.
The housing measures 46.5 cm wide by 23 cm high by 29.5 cm deep and weighs 7.7 kg, with a moulded handle across the top so the whole pack lifts out in one movement and travels indoors to charge. That is worth having if the scooter lives in a carport or a hallway with no powerpoint nearby. Charging uses the charger that came with your scooter, already matched to a 24V lead acid pack, and the caution label on the housing asks that you stay with that original charger. Close the dust cover back over the charge socket when you are finished. The Compact Pro is rated at 15 to 18 km on a full charge, with real world range shifting according to rider weight, terrain, temperature and how old the pack is.
Getting where you are going, and getting home again, is what a scooter battery is really for. This pack returns a full 24V 12Ah to a Compact Pro with two batteries already wired inside a single 7.7 kg housing, a carry handle for charging indoors, a one connector fitment and a 12 month warranty behind it. Battery box only, the scooter is not included. GST free and available across Australia.
Which scooter does this battery fit?
The SectorCare Compact Pro Mobility Scooter, part number EMSLA3. It is not confirmed for the Travel, Urban or Cruise models, which use different housings. Check your model code before ordering.
My scooter is the grey EMSLA3 rather than the red. Is this the same battery?
The grey scooter shares the same chassis and the same 24V 12Ah electrical specification. This pack carries red accent panels to match the red scooter, so it will look different fitted to a grey one. Contact us before ordering if the appearance matters to you.
Is a charger included?
No. Use the charger supplied with your scooter, which is already matched to a 24V lead acid pack. The caution label on the battery asks that you only charge with the original charger.
Is the scooter included?
No. The scooter appears in one image only to show which model this battery suits. You are buying the battery alone.
How far will my scooter go on a full charge?
The Compact Pro is rated at 15 to 18 km on a 24V 12Ah battery. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, temperature and the age of the battery.
How hard is it to fit?
The pack lifts out and drops back in by its carry handle and reconnects at a single connector. No tools are required.
How should I look after it if the scooter sits unused?
The caution label advises charging the battery once a month during long periods without use, and closing the dust cover back over the charge socket once charging is finished.
How heavy is it?
7.7 kg, with a moulded handle across the top so it can be lifted out and carried indoors.
