Does SectorCare have a hardcopy catalogue?

We have new product coming in a monthly basis. Our online store has all the details on the products you need.

Are all prices GST inclusive?

Yes, all the prices on www.sectorcare.com.au are GST inclusive or GST exempt.

Does SectorCare have a store-front? Can I come to your shop and purchase over the counter?

Yes, you definitely can! We are located at: 3 Wordie Place, Padstow NSW 2211 Business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm (Closed on weekends and public holidays)

Can I pick up an order? Where is the pick-up location?

Pick up is available for Sydney customers or interstate customers who are sending their own couriers to the address above. Please contact us before pickup to ensure products are in stock.

Order Information

How long will it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed and dispatched on the same day if received before 11am. For urgent orders, please contact us via telephone to organise same-day courier service (available for Sydney metro areas).

How do I place an order?

We accept orders via:

We will require your details such as name, address, email address, and payment preference.
Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct when placing the order.

How can I track my order?

Our shipping courier system will automatically send your tracking number to your email address once dispatched. If you require further information, please contact us at sales@sectorcare.com.au.

Can you ship internationally?

Sorry, we are only able to ship within Australia.

How do I cancel my order?

Email us at sales@sectorcare.com.au or contact us at (02 9790 2182). If the order has not yet left our warehouse, a full refund can be provided.

Payment Information

What payment methods does SectorCare accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Amex. PayPal, Direct Deposit (EFT) payments are also welcome.

Is there any surcharge for credit card payment?

No! We do not charge any surcharge for credit card payments. We believe this is part of good customer service.

How long does Direct Deposit / Internet Banking take to clear?

Generally 1–2 business days. In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days for funds to clear.

Do I need to send a receipt once the direct deposit has been made?

Yes, we recommend it. This helps us allocate your payment and dispatch your order faster. Please email remittance to sales@sectorcare.com.au.

Does SectorCare accept Personal Cheque as payment?

Sorry, we do not accept personal cheque payments.

Return Policy Information

What is the standard return policy for SectorCare’s products?

Products sold by SectorCare are supported by our Standard Return Policy (please see the Shipping & Return page for full details). Items under our Standard Return Policy will not be refunded or exchanged 30 days from the day the order is received or picked up. Damaged or defective products may be refunded or exchanged under company discretion.

Why do I need to send SectorCare a photo of the damaged product?

Uploading digital photos of damaged goods helps us provide a faster exchange/refund process.

Approximately how long will a refund/credit take to appear in my bank account?

It takes approximately 2 business days for us to process a refund, and 2–3 business days for it to appear on your credit card or bank account.
